Foundations of Exercise–April 28th

Healing Bridge Physical Therapy Clinic is pleased to continue with our “GET WELL STAY WELL” series.  We will offer these free 1 hour classes at the clinic every other month for our patients as well as our Central Oregon community.

Pain Society of Oregon Conference Well Attended

The semi-annual Pain Society of Oregon recently had their semi-annual conference on Neuroplastix Transformation with Dr’s Michael Moskowitz and Marla Goldman. This was attended by 6 of the profession therapy staff from Healing Bridge Physical Therapy and provided them extensive training to further their ability to assist people who experience persistent pain. The focus is in utilizing the plasticity of the brain which has been proven to change with persistent pain. People can also learn how to use this plasticity to re-change their brains over-active responses to pain so that they can better manage and even eliminate their pain.
